SeptemberMorning all
Question about paying resort fees.
I seem to remmber reading that you pay the resort fees for your stay when you check in.
Is this true? Or does it differ from hotel to hotel? Staying at TI.
Just trying to figure out how much cash I'll need handy at check in to go along with the upgrade trick.0 -

I am sure you pay on check out when they bill you for the entire stay.0 -
For the people who have eaten on the patio at MAG, I want to go there for my 50th in Aug and have never been before. What is best way to go about ensuring a patio table
I think you have all said before you just have to turn up and wait, if that is the case what is a good time to get there, We would like to eat at 7.30 ish0 -
This month I see a charge on my CC for $98 from Dollar. I queried this with them and it turns out that because I returned the car "Late" IE 20 minutes beyond the 24 hours
I appreciate you may well have been late, but as you well know you can sometimes spend up to 45 minutes or more waiting in the queue to return (or even get) the car you've hired - do you know if that is taken into account?
I've always wondered!0 -
MarchHas anyone used Virgin's prebuy duty free where you buy online or by phone and pick it up at the plane ? Also is there a similar scheme on the inbound ?I Would Rather Climb A Mountain Than Crawl Into A Hole
MSE Florida wedding .....no problem0 -
I did the 'buy a gift' thing (pre-bought / ordered weeks before the flight) a few years ago - got the "champagne set" for the missus as it was her birthday... I had the choice of flight that I was doing it for (outbound or inbound).
sorry, not exactly the same so not sure if that helps or not0 -

We usually turn up about an hour before we would like to eat, but we have never had to wait that long. I think the longest may have been 40 mins.
They give you a pager so you can gamble while you're waiting.
One time we were told 20 mins, but by the time we had walked to a machine and put money in, the pager went off.
We have walked straight in at 6pm and got a table on the patio.
Be aware that it will be extremely hot in August so may not be the best time to be on the patio. The last time we were were, with David McG, we requested a table just inside from the patio. It was great as we could still see the fountains, etc, but had the benefit of the air con.0 -

Will be be picking up from a strip location after 3/4 days in Vegas and dropping off at airport 11 days or so later.
Went with carhire3000 in the end, only a few quid more then gosimply and I get quidco too. The confirmation email also stated no one way fee!0 -

when we went last month, we got there at about 6.45pm and our wait was an hour by the time they buzzed us, think it was a sunday night and it ws really busy. If you want to eat at 7.30 maybe get there about 6.45 ish.0 -
