    I didnt know Delta did non stop from manchester, the flight times look suspect to me. Going on those times it is 7 hours 25 minutes flight time plus the time diff of 8 hours makes it 15 hours 25 minutes, so on those times it looks like it stops somehwere

    The links says direct and 13 hours 45 minutes, which I agree would look like it includes a stop for that time.

    The return is 18 hours 55 minutes. The slightly dearer option is same flight out and 17 hours 55 minutes return.

    It depends how important the price is I suppose, but good prices compared to the other options mentioned.

    We're flying Delta and I flew Delta to Dallas back in May - they were very good really, quite roomy in economy - well across the water anyway. The connecting flights were, well - connecting flights!:D

    Just a proviso re the Carriage House. It's not the most modern of hotels compared to some of the high end places, but it is spotlessly clean and very comfortable so it may not suit anyone looking for the latest furnishings and gadgets.

    Thanks Luci - it looks ideal for me, we quite like stress free.

    The free broadband looks useful too:D

    It has to be 15 hours 25 minutes with those flight times and an 8 hour time difference unless my maths is wrong

    Just checked that flight from Manchester on OPODO. It also says NON stop but when you go in to detail it says change of plane in Atlanta

    Still a good price though

    I just checked the Delta website and yep, change in Atlanta.:)

    Does anyone want to share their experiences of getting tattooed in Vegas (or even getting a Vegas tattoo). Was thinking about getting one next time I'm over there.

    Starlight tattoo being in the MB is just too much of a temptation to me!

    Hadn't realised that the Luxor was THAT much below the Bellagio !

    I found both deal from page one on vegas promotions. I've just been told that the Vdara is worth a look? No casino, but (I'm told) good deals as it's new and trying to attracted custom ?? Any thought ?

    I can't find anything on getting coupons ?

    to use a football analogy

    Bellagio = Man United

    Luxor = West Brom

    we post meal coupon deals all time , check the thread regular

    I have an experience of not getting tattooed in Vegas - it was the plan, way back in 1997...a friend of mine and I were going to go for it (she already had several, it would have been my first) but we were talked out of it by a very tattooed guy at some magic shop...he pointed out that you would easily pay 3x+ the price you would at home just to have the honour of having a tattoo in Vegas. Any place actually in a hotel/casino would probably be even more expensive.

    If I was going to get one in Vegas I would go somewhere recommended by Lilibeta on this thread (admittedly quite old now)

    Does remembering a time that a certain degree of personal responsibility was more or less standard means that I am officially old?
