October , NovemberIs there a page here for newbies ?
I'm looking for info for Nov, I've found some good deals at the Bellagio, but now can't find any flights that match up (well, any flights cheap enough!!)...0 -

Yep April. Preferably the 11th to the 21st atm.
As much as the Virgin price is ok, I actually really fancied doing it all separately.
There is time to change my mind yet. (I also know for a fact if I booked that, I wouldn't be able to help myself checking for cheaper prices).
Think I will wait on the flights for now.
If they go up, they go up.
Hopefully there will be some great hotel deals nearer the time!
Thanks again all.
Just DONT, do you know how many threads are started in the travel section titled..My hol/flight price has gone down what can I do? (You never get My hol/flight price has gone up what can I do) so just dont look.
I booked my aug flights early this year, i have not once looked to see what they have been since then..why would I/anybody?
Find a price you are happy with and book it then DONT look.
I know you keep asking about indirect/direct etc and where to fly from but at the end of the day only you can decide where you want to go from, how you want to go and what price you are happy with.
As has been said a ball park figure is £500 direct (only £350 last year).
I paid £330 last april for an indirect flight but those days are gone it seems.
Not sure if you can still buy miles from Virgin and use them straight away as Miles plus Money fares are around £450 or at least thats how much I paid0 -

I 'think' I may have sorted it (after a LOT of reading).
Fights from either AA or Continental at £500 each.
The Bellagio looks good for the second half of Nov, but I've noticed that the Luxor has an all inclusive rate for the same dates at $100 more a day. . .
So, for the people that have been in the past, what's it cost to eat over there ? Is it a bad idea to tie yourselves to one hotel for all your meals ??0 -

have you read page 1 ?
No way should you be tying yourself to one hotel especially the Luxor, I assume that price is unlimited buffet, I never pay full price for buffets as there are loads of ways of getting 2 for 1 coupons, explained on the first page (I think)
Do you realise that you started with the Bellagio which is one of the top end hotels and then went to the Luxor which although it isnt at the bottom of the pile it is a long way down compared to Bellagio.
AS for what it costs to eat, it can cost as little or as much as you want, Vegas is for everyone.
In and Out burger, my fav burgers are a couple of dollars
Buffets from $4 for breakfast
The skys the limit for fine dining0 -

Hadn't realised that the Luxor was THAT much below the Bellagio !
I found both deal from page one on vegas promotions. I've just been told that the Vdara is worth a look? No casino, but (I'm told) good deals as it's new and trying to attracted custom ?? Any thought ?
I can't find anything on getting coupons ?0 -
