lol, well, I can save you the 10 minutes' viewing time by summing it up in a few points:
1 - every press on the machine is random. Each and every one.
2 - nothing is predetermined (and no, if someone sits at your machine and wins big after you've left, there's no guarantee that you'd have done the same had you stayed there)
3 - it's all about that microsecond that you hit the spin button - that is the moment that the random number generator is stopped and your outcome determined.
4 - payout % are marginally higher on the higher denomination machines
5 - when you get a bonus round, it matters what boxes you choose as the machine hasn't predetermined when you will lose.

That was about it really. The only thing he does reiterate is that it's all down to luck and there's no skill involved. Nothing we didn't already know, really!!
    Glad someone watched it:j:j :D

Really interesting article Elaine....I didn't realise they paid tax on their tips whether they earned any or not

I think the rule on this is (Strictly Slots covered it several times when we had a subscription):

    a) if at the end it shows you what was in the other boxes - the values in each box were set and had you picked them you would have won those values...so your picks made a difference.

    b) if it does not show you at the end what was in the other boxes - you were going to get what you were going to get and which boxes you chose did not make any difference.

    :)
Does remembering a time that a certain degree of personal responsibility was more or less standard means that I am officially old?

What is wrong with the Capri rooms? I think these are the rooms that are the cheapest we could find. Would you say they are nasty even for 2 men aged 23? We are not overly concerned about decor or furnishings, just a place to rest our heads and shower.

Here is Youtube video that shows someone walking into the Imperial Palace to get to the Capri rooms.

The title of the video is: Imperial Palace Dungeon, Las Vegas

Well I have just booked Alize by phone so thanks for the tip that they may be there to take reservations during the day.

I have also just booked Girls' Night Out at the MGM, which is a musical, by calling the Concierge. I thought I was going to have to book through Ticketmaster which I hate doing, but the Concierge was able to do it for me.
