Booking.com and lowcostlasvegas.com appear to provide great accommodation rates.
Be sure to check prices booking direct as well for comparison..some great deals can be had, sometimes with extras included. I'm not sure which hotels you're looking at though - that seems really, really cheap for 10-14 nights...be sure to research the hotels you're looking at to be sure they are something you'll be happy with. In Vegas more than anywhere else we've been for not a lot more money you can get a lot nicer hotel.
Vegas accomodation is good value - mainly because they want to get you into the hotel to gamble in the casinos. You'll likely find that the standard of accomodation is much better than you might be expecting as well.Does remembering a time that a certain degree of personal responsibility was more or less standard means that I am officially old?0 -
MayHas anyone used Open Table to make a restaurant reservation? I was going to use them to book Alize, but they want a credit card to secure the booking which I'm not keen on.
I have no problem using my CC on the internet for things I am actually buying or booking, but not just to make a reservation.
Think I will have to call to make the booking which is a bit of a hassle as they don't open until 5.30pm which means staying up till half past midnight to make the call.0 -
AprilWe've used Open Table before but not for Alize...never had to pay a deposit for Envy, etc. However, we did have to pay a deposit for our booking at Top of The World (booking was direct with the restaurant) so I suspect that Alize has a similar policy and Open Table can't make the reservation without a cc.
Oh, and you could try calling before they open - a lot of restaurants in Vegas we've dealt with have someone on the reservations line all day - or the reservations line goes to a central number for all kinds of info which is staffed all day.Does remembering a time that a certain degree of personal responsibility was more or less standard means that I am officially old?0 -

Going with one of my best mates and we are merely looking for a half decent bed and shower as we will spend most of our time out and about.
Imperial Palace worked out at £165 each for a twin room for 14 nights mid-June.
I did also look at Circus Circus but noted that Imperial boasts a much more central location.0 -
MarchImperial Palace would definitely suit you better but check out the HotDeals for them at Harrahs.com as it might save you a few dollars.
CC is not central at all and IP couldn't be better placed for centre strip. Rooms there are fine-clean -a little tired but perfectly adequate-just DON'T book a Capri room as they are in the annex and not nice.I Would Rather Climb A Mountain Than Crawl Into A Hole
MSE Florida wedding .....no problem0 -

What is wrong with the Capri rooms? I think these are the rooms that are the cheapest we could find. Would you say they are nasty even for 2 men aged 23? We are not overly concerned about decor or furnishings, just a place to rest our heads and shower.0 -
Septemberfor the few dollars difference I would go with a Deluxe room...we've stayed in one twice and will be returning again this year....can't fault them IMO...I think the Capri rooms are at the back of the property further away from the strip:hello: LORRAINE :hello:0

That's the thing it doesn't appear to be a few dollars difference, it seems to be about £100 more on sites such as https://www.booking.com and https://www.atlaschoice.com... Surely they can't be that far away from the strip?0
