Just a thought, with all you guys and girls posting deals up, might be an idea to add to the deceptive headline price the cost of the resort fee as well instead of just cutting and pasting what the hotel wants you to see, might stop some on here getting overly excited when they see a nightly rate of $55 actually being $80 inc. tax.
    Just my tuppence.
    .

I theory it's a good idea, in practise it's not so easy.

I have been posting up to 18 offers at a time which means opening the link/email, copying the text, going back and copying the link and typing in the hotel name and other details if they are not already there.

I'm not only doing it on MSE, but on at least 2 other sites so it takes ages.

If I know how much the resort fee is then I have added it to the post.

However, I have also posted a link on here more than once to a current list of all the resort fees so that anyone who is interested in a particular offer can check the resort fees for themselves.

Congratulations Steff! It sounds like you are bursting with excitement! Great price on the Wynn ceremony.

Is that where Katie Price and the cage fighter got married recently?

    Thanks luci!!

I am SO excited! Hence my need for deals on the Wynn/Encore, so if you see any, please bear me in mind :)

Erm.... yep.... I was hoping that no-one would remember that!!! I am trying to forget myself - after Katie Price's last wedding (pink cinderella coach & horses etc) I am hoping not to be associated with her image too much!!

    Michael,
As, I said in my original post they do not advertise the "Holiday Ceremony" on their website - there is a "*" and then in small print - ceremonies staring from $500 are available subject to availability or something similar. You have to enquire and then they send you the details I posted above.

The $500 price tag is at the bottom of the information that they sent me - in both posts :rotfl:
    Good Luck!
    Steff ;)

(I know I will be in great company – trets, stoneman, westhamdaz, sarahlasvegas, lisaloo among others! - Mooky – I know you got engaged over there but are you getting wed over there too or just honeymooning?)

Congratulations! A fellow wedding planner - lol. We're just honeymooning there, going out 3 weeks on Monday now....can't wait! Not sure when Stew was last on here but he had his wedding reception at Maggiano's, had great things to say about it. Hopefully he'll pop by soon.....

I love wedding talk, lol so feel free to ramble, I do anyway. The time will fly by and you'll be flying out before you know it. I remember us booking our wedding a year ago and can't believe it's almost time.....
Love MSE, Las Vegas and chocolate!

    Hey mooky!
Bet you cant wait - you lucky soul.

The time is flying by already and there are still 4 months to go!! Although I have done the most important thing (aside from booking the venue that is!) - the buying of the dress! All done and dusted.

Delta (our carrier) have advised that they will either put my dress in first class wardrobe OR I can bring it on board as a seperate item and lay it flat in one of the holds... I hope they honour this!

    Its all very exciting!

Bet you cant wait for your wedding and subsequent honeymoon in lovely Vegas!
