AprilI have noticed that VS are doing a redemption sale at the moment. 35,000 miles return to LAS quite good availability except for Sept., Oct. Trouble is that the fees and taxes add over £200 to the total, using 35,000 and not getting any miles, I would not bother just to sit in economy, better to save them up for Prem. or best wait for an Upper redemption sale
Pretty much exactly the discussion we had last night. I tend to forget how much the taxes and fees add up to and how a reward flight is going to be quite aways from free.Does remembering a time that a certain degree of personal responsibility was more or less standard means that I am officially old?0 -
October , NovemberStarting to plan my Oct trip taking advantage of some good rates posted on here thanks everyone, thinking of spending maybe the Friday and Saturday night in Freemont Street so looking at hotels up there just for a night or two can anyone make any recommendations? Thanks0

October , NovemberJust wondering if anyone has ever eaten at any of the Las Vegas restaurants where vouchers are available from restaurant.com? I'm thinking of the Mandalay Bay ones mainly, but also any others on or near the strip. I keep getting tempted when they have 80% off codes but haven't yet taken the plunge as I'm a bit reluctant to effectively pick our restaurants this far in advance.0

Don't go too mad with them - your plans will likely change anyway. We always end up buying more than we will use even though we should know better.Does remembering a time that a certain degree of personal responsibility was more or less standard means that I am officially old?0 -

That's a great price.
I have just priced Expedia for Sept and it's coming up at £668pp with BA. However it's only showing the non-stop flight on the outward journey and 2 stops on the return.0 -

I've used r.com certs at Casa di Amore (twice) and Tacone.
As ferf said, I have had others, but not used them.
I considered some of the MB restaurants, but their prices were a bit on the high side even with the discount.0 -

I found similar to credit-crunch when I booked that going DUBLIN-LONDON-LAS VEGAS was cheaper than LONDON-LAS VEGAS.0 -

I used one at Mix at MB. Food was very good and the views are excellent. It can be a little bit pricey though when you include wine and drinks.0
