Boa, what a bummer, must be your worst nightmare, I have sweaty palms now. I am afraid that I would have camped out at the Delta desk. The airline have a "duty of care" to you and are required to get you to your destination as soon as possible even if it means putting you with an alternative airline. You are not telling me that Delta couldn't have gotten you to an alternative airport in the U.S. and transfered you on a connection. The problem you had was going through Expedia, the airline will then sometimes refuse to talk to you direct and Expedia don't give a !!!!!!
The common law of business balance prohibits paying a little and getting a lot. If you deal with the lowest bidder, it is well to add something for the risk you run, and if you do that you will have enough to pay for something better.

The Cupcakery now has a location at Monte Carlo.

I was looking up the addresses for their other locations to put in my Garmin and lo and behold, I found this.

The ESTA lasts for 2 years and you can update it with new flight and accommodation info, but it's not compulsory.

It's held electronically so they won't ask you for it...they say it's not a bad idea to have the print out but it's not required.

I DID have to post it...it was vitally important. ;)

We have been meaning to try them for ages and ages but I always forget to have the address/map in the car...so now there's no excuse.

You can see some of the flavours at their website.

I have no idea how I will choose.

    Cheers Stoneman.

Spoke to Delta as well - they left me stuck in Minneapolis as their best shot!

    The desk was useless too
The force is strong in this one!
