Re the travel insurance, I would look into it again as you may be covered for all of it under cancellation and curtailment.0 -

Hopefully you will recover all that you paid. As for the Mystere tickets - I have read of people getting a refund even though they are non-refundable as a rule. MayThe ESTA lasts for 2 years and you can update it with new flight and accommodation info, but it's not compulsory.0
