Having a lot of problems booking flights at the minute- prices seem to be all over the place!

I keep on see 18 sept - 2 oct for around £450 from manchester to vegas with a few carriers, but then when you try and book, the flight isn't available and the true price is nearer £500!

This has happened to me with skyscanner, opodo, expedia, us airways, holiday genie, travel pack and more. Whats going on, the flights all seemed to be klm to philadelphia then delta to vegas.

Any chance of the prices going lower or are they likely to keep increasing £500 for airfare is ridiculous, last year I paid £550 for flights and 14 nights accomodation in Riviera
A lot of flights seem to be around £500 at mo. I got a virgin, miles plus money for £458 in august. Have seen 1 stop flights for just over £400 from London.

Did you really spend 14 nights in the Riviera:D

I had exactly the same trouble last week with flights for May. I hung on watching the prices steadily rise past £500. Then out of the blue they started to come in at £430ish, tried to book and it was repeatedly coming up unavailable. Went and had another try later in the day and there were loads of flights at £405. Used the Opodo20 code (thanks, whoever posted it!) for £20 off and another £13 back through Quidco.

I then went and did a hotel check and managed to get 5 nights comped and the weekend for $90 at Paris! I've not got a Vegas trip so cheap for years!

Or Centurion Tower..if I remember correctly it's both that the classic rooms fall into.
Does remembering a time that a certain degree of personal responsibility was more or less standard means that I am officially old?

When you book, you will be paying for a certain type of room in a certain tower. If you booked the cheapest room, its probably going to be a Classic Room in the Roman Tower.

Unloved is the best adjective for this room. Stained carpets, shabby linen, hanging off bathroom fittings......

If I were Caesars, I would either refurbish completely or knock down and rebuild, or brick off the connection to Caesars and stick another front door on the front and put a Holiday Inn sign across the door, as it devalues a great brand hugely.

Ah - Ive just been to the Caesars website, and I see no mention of Classic rooms or the Roman Tower. Did they demolish it anyone?

Ahhh sneaky - its not listed as a room type on the website (good move), but when you search for availability, it appears as the cheapest room.
Roman Tower rooms reflect the vision of Caesars Palace founder Jay Sarno when he created the legendary resort over 40 years ago
    Mmmmmm - doesnt surprise me.

The clue is the 27inch TV......its one of those huge old ones that take up half the room......not a snazzy wallmounted one.....

    ferfs right.....
These rooms are found in our Roman and Centurion towers.
The Roman Tower room theyre too ashamed to even put up a photo on the booking page.....the classic room photo.....manky old bedspread rather than nice bedrunner seen in the nicer rooms.

Dont go to Zumanity........total shiite. KA and LOVE both excellent.

Couldn't have put it better myself.

However didn't enjoy Love either, despite being a huge Beatles fan.
