    Ok still no chocolate

sis is round which is so irritating. but I need to let this go, it only harms me.

I am off out tho, to a housewarming. I won't be too late and tomorrow morning I will get up and get in the garden before it gets too hot or rains??

The decluttering did not go at all to be honest. I just don't want to admit I am back to work on Monday. so much I should have done. I can manage it once I am back at work. I seriously need a routine. The wake up call challenge is the way forward.

Overall I have had a nice holiday - Bournemouth was lovely and I have had some nice days at home too. Not done much but in all honestly between being really tired, working two days and getting sunstroke well, there wasn't an awful lot of time.

  • ok BBQ was fab, some friends I hadn't seen in a while turned up so I stayed a lot later, I drank wine which is way I feel a little strange this morning ;). I want to go out in the garden so more self reflection later, right now is spade time - although I think it might already be raining. pants.

  • Hey Wol xx you are on my facebook? I think I sent you a message - at least I hope I did!

The girls are still nervous, it is partly that I don't spend enough time with them and partly just them I think. I am considering getting another one to make a trio but will pm you about that for advice.

Yesterday was ok, did get to the garden managed not to be completely freaked out by the bees and red ants. planted some roses, I will be well chuffed when it is all finished and I can finally put the girls in the run outside instead of in all the time. And the build the fish pond.

That day dream aside I have managed a good day at work, made a decent lunch for tomorrow (whole pasta with spinach and pesto - get me! green salad with cheese) I have had a very upset tummy for the last few days may have been the alcohol? so am trying to eating better - no processed foods. did 8,000 steps today.

Money wise am spending too much. hmmm.

off to bed now tho. xxxxx

  • Well it has been a long day and it is not over yet. Some stuff has been going through my mind today. All this economic stuff and the brace yourself for the double dip depression. With the Spanish threatening to cut 5% from their public servants wages and the whole Greek situation.

I worked out if I could survive without my second job (precarious) and a 5% cut and I don't think I could. Its so worrying - without the debt I could take almost a 50% pay cut (that would obviously just cover rent and food). Some days I wonder how I EVER thought it was ok to get a 20,000 loan.

It just brought it home to me that if I ever want to be in a position to buy a house I NEED this debt to go. It is not a game.

Morning, it is all very worrying, some things will take up to 18 months to hit anyway and by then you will be debt free.

Try not to worry to far ahead and take each day as it comes - i know its hard to do (I'm having the same trouble at the mo) but you are doing really well - no choccies, getting work done in the garden etc.

Keep your chin up and dream that the fish pond will be at your new house :D

  • If I wanted to buy a house (- to rent out ) for about 50,000 could I do it with a mixture of some savings and a loan..................I mean it would be doable I think...... I know it would mean getting in to debt but it would be worth it maybe?

There are loads right up north - many need updating, but some you could rent out..........it would be MILES away from me though. Just thinking it would be good to own something and have an aim.
