Dinner at my friends was ok, right up until I had a VERY upset stomach and huge amounts of pain.

Left fairly sharpish, felt awful Absolutely awful. Didnt say anything to my friend, I am just not good with new food.

Today I went shopping. Bought two pairs of linen trousers (£40) and a cardigan(!) (£9.95) and the £29.50 on birthday present for a lovely little girl.

Over all I am quite depressed. Not got the marking done I needed to do. Room looks slightly better put some pictures up. but still have filing to do.

Weather was crap so no gardening. Hoping next weekend will be good weather and then there are a few things I want to do - from a headspace point of view - burning stuff and finishing my bit of the garden.

I miss my friends - but it is mainly my best friend - she has moved away and I just don't see her any more. Until I learn to drive - which is still going well......

At least it is only four days till the next weekend.

    xxx

If you are anything like me you will know exactly what you need to do to lose weight - eat less/move more - no need for WW

When your head is in the right place it will happen. :A

I am going to do Slimfast.

Sod it. The worst that came happen is I have an easy decision to make re breakfast and lunch for a week.

If I lose weight great if not well like you say Shoe I can just do the sensible thing and move more and eat less (!)

I have to "do" something tho I am wasting my life here.

Not to mention the fact that I have just caught the end of a programme about a bloke who has no legs who climbed a mountain. I couldn't feel anymore shallow if I tried.

Let us know how you get on with the Slimfast, Buffy :)

I'm thinking I need to lose some weight and tone up aswell at the moment. Do I remember reading that you did the '30 day shred'? What did you think? I like the idea of just doing a 20 minute workout everyday. I reckon I might be able to manage that for a month.
