I think my boss is a previous winner...he's *slightly* better at the moment though.
4 hours sleep is not enough...take care of yourself! Stress and lack of sleep is not a good combination. You can pay off your credit card doing your job, but you can't buy health.
About doing something on a weekend to keep you busy and stop you thinking, what about a hobby? I love horse riding. Not the cheapest hobby in the world, but even half an hour clears my head and lets my brain switch off. If you can't think of something like that off the top of your head, maybe try a few different things until you find something you love that is an escape for you.
GwenxThough no one can go back and make a brand new start, anyone can start from now and make a brand new ending0 -
I agree with Gwen. I have just started Pilates and it is great because you have spend so much time focussing on breathing, posture, muscles etc that there is no way you can think of anything else.
Very relaxing and also really great when I realise that I can hold a position for longer or that my muscles are stronger or my posture is better.
Again not a free thing to do but maybe you can find a cheap class in your area for something you are interested in doing???I've got my own flat :j:j
Now I have to pay the bills
And feed my interiors addiction0 -
I'm having problems with workload too. Can't wait to get debt free to rejoin the gym. I miss my bodybalance, pilates etc! It really does help. Then again walking while listening to an audiobook is pretty good too!2019 fashion on a ration 0/66 coupons0

Wow just had major conversation with Mum. shouting, door slamming, (me) not that I walked away was determined to get it all outthen huge guilt (me) and then hugs and tears (both). My Mum is such a lovely lovely woman and the situation we have found ourselves in is not easy. Plus with me working so much. it all gets fraught.
Its mainly cos I am worried about money, my sister and my Mum being on her own so much due my other sister's total selfishness.
feel washed out.
still it is better to get it out. even if now I feel exhausted.
