Not sure i quite follow you with the computer question.
Do you mean you have a whole load of documents with the same name and want to keep only the one that you updated most recently?

If so, then go to windows explorer, hit the search icon, select all files and folders, select the document type and hit enter.
Once the list loads up you can click on the name at the top which will put everything in alphabetical order.
Make sure it is on details view and you will be able to see when each document was last modified. If that heading isn't there, right click on one of the headings and you will be able to add that one.

Is this what you mean?

I think that is what I mean. when I copy my memory stick to my computer I didn't realise I was copying it to a different place so now my documents are full of copies and copies and copies.

Any how that stupidity aside I am feeling very miserable this afternoon. I cannot seem to snap out of it. And REALLY NEED to.

Its easy to start with and then gets harder, I have been walking about 2 miles a day for most days in the holidays (last minute shopping has some perks!!)

I have to say it only cos me six quid tho - so shop around!

Buffy, are you still doing this? Is it the book or DVD you have? I'm desperate to get into some sort of exercise, but still have a very sorely knee from my slip the other day. I can walk on luckily, but not much else

Didn't do the marking, but got a 12 pound Amazon voucher from the surveys and should get about 15 quid in Paypal if I do my other surveys.

Am p'ed off I didn't do the marking but I am BIG on resenting the job at the moment.

This is what I need to sort out

1. Sleep - how much "should" I get? (I get five hours most nights)
2. Breakfast? what should/could I eat?
3. How can I (quickly) stop the resentment toward my job.
4. What can I do Saturday and Sundays that is not stressful but equally will stop me thinking.

I am going to fly lady this week. and do my walking vid.

Am slowly sorting through work stuff.

also eating cookies. *shrugs* can't win them all.

But I did my walking video this morning. Despite nearly being in tears as soon as I woke up. I think I might buy that book Sammy said about ages ago. Had one good lesson and got away early which was good - only to come home to a not row with Mum.

I know I am not right at the moment. If my real life friends knew this they would be surprised. will go back to Docs in two weeks.

I will be ready for tomorrow. best go watch Law and Order.
