I asked if they could as I made four order on one day, they said to contact them after I have received my orders. It's to stop people having their account credited and then cancelling orders iyswim?
This is true although I think there's another reason why we should wait until after the orders are received before contacting them. It's because the system will add the delivery charge back again if the order is updated following an item going out of stock. As we all know it's highly unlikely that an order will be dispatched without at least one item being out of stock:rolleyes:

I've had it happen on a couple of mine where they had already removed the delivery charge so I'll have to contact them again if and when I ever get the order.

It also happens if you cancel an item on an order where the delivery charge had been removed.

I was always told that they couldn't remove delivery charges as they were packing them, even though they weren't packing them, so all they could do is to credit the account but they won't do this until orders are received incase we cancel the orders and use the free credit.

It seems M&S have no clue in the customer service team how the system works or what is going on. They do make me laugh and it has been good fun, even if i lost most of my orders :rotfl:

It's boys t-shirt and shorts set, I would think meant as Pjs, with Buzz Lightyear on and Glow in the dark bits on the top. Mine came as age 3-4.

  • Hi, if I take an item back to the store that I ordered online do I get a refund straight away or do you still have to wait? Thanks :-)

It goes straight back on your card.
Hopeless by name, hopeless by nature.
  • You can also narrow the search down by size/age, I don't know if this will help you out with the p.j's

Well I'm feeling a bit fed up. Every single clothing order I made online has been cancelled by M&S, several orders and items have been removed from my orders without any messages from M&S and to top it all off I missed the TV and the DVD offers because I went to the loo. I have been trawling the site for the past 3 days and NOT ONE thing I've ordered has been dispatched or is even in stock.

Is it even worth placing any more orders?
