POSTAGE
just recd 11 emails for 11 orders all refunding postage - the reason given on email is item arrived late (that must have been their way of processing refund)
This is in connection with my phonecall earlier - read back through thread.
I would like to think that this gives hope to people that are getting orders delivered with lots of cancelled items making them low value, I can't see why they should have different rules, so hope you are all ok0 -
I ordered something on 29th Dec and the dispatch date was 6th Jan. It arrived on 10th which meant my other half got his Birthday present 3 days late. Do you think it's worth me emailing with a complaint?0

I wouldn't complain, unless you paid for nominated day delivery. They clearly say that standard deliivery is 2-5 working days when the product is in stock, & the 9th & 10th of January aren't actually classed as working days. They've also got a page explaining about deliveries in the adverse weather (which I think has been on their site for some time).0 -
I don't think the weather affected it as we didn't get snow until the day it arrived. Actually I'm wondering if I've got the dates right as we did have snow on the 10th, but the parcel did arrive 4 days late and it was before we got snow, whatever date that was, lol.0
