Agree with you there.

I think their online ordering system is run by Amazon (you can see the similarities) but I'm not sure if it's M&S people despatching the orders and in Customer services or not. It could explain why there's misunderstandings between them.

Well I must have been lucky with my orders....I have managed to get most of the things that I've ordered
I have lots of stocking fillers for DD's, Christmas presents for family and clothes for my grandchildren (we have 8) .... so I am very happy.
I have missed some things....but I can live without them after all the savings I've made
A very very special big thank you to Claire and all the others who have given up their time to help me and everyone else
