POSTAGE CHARGES UPDATE

I phoned a few days ago and got a nice man who gave me a £20 credit on my account as lots of my orders have been diminished.

Phoned again yesterday and had a nice talk with a lady ( keep very calm and play the helpless victim of m&s odering system) she was uming and ahing but we kept talking about all the stuff lots from my oders giving an example of a 50p fairy wand I am paying £3.50 delivery on. We talked about the time you get your email to see whats been taken its too late as its dispatched not giving you time to cancel.

Anyway she then put me through to another department (higher up) he took my details and phoned me back and has refunded another £30 postage for items that have been dispatched and I have been charged for.

He also said deliveries pending will have the postage taken off them when money is taken from my account.

So, phone when your items have been dispatched which have lots of stuff misssing, talk about 1 click being no good, talk about not getting chance to cancel, keep polite and ask for another department if a happy result not met.

well my one and only order shoud be coming today but what with the weather i doubt it will turn up, i managed to get boys shoes reduced from 25 to 3 and a belle colour set for a pound, have no idea what that is but i like the suspense lol!
