I just had another email response to my request for removal of the delivery charge on one of my last 2 orders (placed on same day)and they have removed both charges, and when I went to place another one just now it came up free delivery. So, all in all I am very happy, out of 14 orders I have only paid a delivery charge on 3 and one of those was the freebie corkscrew.

I have half an order changed to Dispatching soon. Contains 3 out of 4 packs of chocolate gift tags and some Homer socks. The other set of gift tags along with the emerald range glass baubles is still waiting.

I cancelled my last 2 orders and re-ordered everything on one order and all my orders now have delivery dates of 18th due to being delayed. Dont think i will be doing anymore orders.
