just had lots of orders canceled and a couple of orders delayed0

I successfully managed to get them to take off the delivery charge from some of my orders but it now seems that it was a waste of time. When the system has cancelled items from those orders it has added the delivery charge back on again:rolleyes:0

Just received 3 parcels!!! Beautiful fur coats as in the link I posted earlier, a suit for OH, and really nice necklace that was for a present for someone but is now mine!! and my freebie corkscrew. Really pleased.
Then I open my emails, and the Xmas cards and the whisky set which were both on links today.....have been cancelled. No idea how that is happening, but as these are (up to now) the only items OOS from 10 orders I can't complain.0 -
