I've had some of mine cancelled and they were 'normal' method ordering!

and my swarovski ear-rings have vanished!!!!!! gutted :(:(:(:(

Well I keep seeing posts on here about items I've had cancelled - before they were reduced further too. Why would they cancel them from my order at £5, then go on to advertise them at £2?

I suspect that when they cancel an item that isn't available, the system registers that it has been put back in stock, even though it didn't exist in the first place. Then someone else orders it, until they go to pick the order and send that person an OOS email too, then it goes back on the website - and round and round. In the meantime we're paying £3.50 postage on the other few odds and bods we put in the basket to go with it, and M&S are thus clearing their remaining sale stock!

Ah well, it's all good fun (mostly - not the blasted OOS emails though) :rotfl:

i only used 1 click once for the glitch on bottle opener, I spotted it really early but got oos email, so didnt use 1 click again.

I am now guessing that they are keeping taking orders for things they don't have to keep people on so they buy up whatever they have left that they can't get rid of.

I've had two things also cancelled today.A tess daly gift set and some boots,gutted but nothing I can do now x

Oh no, those earrings were lovely! Mine arrived yesterday, but if it's any consolation I haven't actually got them because my mum stole them :rotfl:!

I dont understand how we are ALL suddenly getting cancellation emails. Surely the are doing it when they go to send the items and realise they are out of stock. Or maybe they just have a mass cancellation sesssion.

I just really hope they dont cancel the rest of the order because its the things I really really want.

I feel a bit bad saying this, as lots of you have had bad experiences of cancelled orders, but I just checked my emails and I've had a dispatch e-mail for all my £1 jewellery and some trousers from the other day. Thank you so much to all the ladies who have been selflessly posting bargains.
