Re the faux fur gilet - I've had that in size s/m on an order since 3rd January and received 2 emails now from M&S apologising for its delay. Fingers crossed that those who've ordered get them but I'm not holding my breath now.

I'm really chuffed with what I have managed to get; anything that comes from now on will be a bonus and I'm now officially bailing out of this thread.

I've just had two mass cancellation emails decimating much of my orders. As far as I can see the items have gone straight back into stock again for some other unsuspecting customer to buy:mad: Come on M&S get your system sorted out

I am going to cook dinner now and not come back until my kids are in bed. I am starting to get cross! I'm pretty sure companies aren't allowed to sell things they know aren't in stock, so I shall look into it and compose an email later. TTFN x

all this faffing with orders/cancellations makes you wonder if its worth bothering with M & S. Probably better to go to the shops rather than this way - bargains seemed better to.

I too had many items cancelled today, most of which I wasn't too bothered about; but the coat that I was so happy to have bought at 6am today is up for a March delivery(ie never) I phoned to see if I could change it and although she separated the order in to 4 deliveries, the coat remains as March. She said it was an error and I should receive it in the next couple of days.... I am not holding my breath...
Had 12 boxes delivered today, all, except 1, with only one item in each!! I was particularly amazed at the box with special packing inside containing 1 x bottle bag and (almost missed) a small pack of tags!! Talk about over packaging...

I have just looked at one of my M&S orders in the account section of the website. I have received most of the items in one of my orders, one item was sent seperately because it was sent from another department, and I was expecting another item to be sent as the whole order was marked as dispatched. I have just noticed that the missing item has now disappeared from my order, and the postage charge has been reduced slightly. I have had no email or notification of any kind from M&S which I think is pretty poor. I really thought the item was on it's way to me as the whole order was showing as dispatched. Has this happened to anyone else?
