The 1click is not effective for sale items which are quickly snapped up, according to the CS chap I spoke to. This why the delivery charges are being refunded because they know the 1click system is not working, and so people are placing multiple orders.

I think it is relevant that all the CS operatives I have dealt with have been men.....and that almost all my charges have been refunded yet others have been unsucessful. Quite unfair really.

If you've still got your emails with the orders on you can compare the items in each order to the orders on your account on the M&S website. They change the order in your account to reflect what's been dispatched.
