Refund on delivery charges still not sorted.

The majority of the emails I received this afternoon didn't have order numbers on them - they just listed item description after item description.

For example, 'a khaki green man's fleece is now out of stock' - but I've 3 seperate orders, each of which have a fleece (different colours and sizes for oh, brother etc) on them and customer services don't know which order this cancelled fleece is relevant to .....honestly! Same for nighties, pj's, jewellery, skirts and trousers.

They're meant to be trying to sort it out and get back to me. I suggested that the best thing to do would be to cancel all of the outstanding delivery charges on any orders not yet dispatched, then we can reconcile the differences once my 'virtual' items arrive with me or disappear into the ether forever. To be honest, they haven't got a clue bless them.

Awaiting phone call back or waiting to see if I just receive credit onto my M&S account.

As an aside, it noticeable that the majority of the items being listed and chased now, are the same as the ones we chased and thought we'd got last week!
