  • Hello, I am a sahm for a year now. My daughter is 7 months old :)
I was incredibly happy to find this thread as self-organisation and money saving has always been a bit too much for me :)
  • Sorry, I was so happy to see the tread I've just been looking for, that posted some stuff without reading, I will pass to reading now, sorry again, no senseless posts in future... promise! :)) Thank you all so much! :))

Thankfully yes, but there are marks on the carpet where my dad and I lifted it down before taking it out into garden. Was just such a shock as I had left my DD (3) in the living room watching TV, and she hadnt moved even with all the smoke etc. Luckily I wasnt gone long but am taking no chances now, have unplugged all TVs from wall and will be doing that every time they are not being used. never been so grateful that we have a glut of fire blankets (I obviously was so unorganised at one point that I kept buying them thinking we didnt have any!!)
Its typical, having had the car come back and not need as much work as expected I now have to cough up for a new TV :(

I think because I kept it short and realistic I have managed to achieve it all in a good time. Am off to hunt out the fly lady thread though I have a feeling I have seen it before and didnt understand it so may need it explaining. :o

Sorry I've been off the thread for a bit. I am dealing with PND and have been having some difficulty just functioning for awhile. I am trying to get back on track, and will hopefully be posting again soon. Hope everyone is doing well.

Thinking of moving gave me the organising bug yesterday and I managed to empty a few boxes from our bedroom that hadn't been unpacked since the last move!

So far today I've folded and put away 3 wash loads of laundry and washed up and cleaned the kitchen.

    To Do List
Call Letting Agent (if they ever actually answer or return my message!)

    Recycling
June Grocery Challenge £493.33/£500 July £/£500
