Sal - You're doing a fab job of holding everything together for you and B and you're allowed a wobble (of varying size) every now and then.....just take those oppertunities to wobble because bottling it up doesn't work in the long run.
There's a particular song that I play when I'm having a "emotional blip" and as soon as it starts the tears flow.....as soon as the song ends, I wipe my eyes, blow my nose and normality resumes (bit naff when the song's on the radio and you're not expecting it though!)
