It's good for B to see you like this too - it's good for her to realise that life isn't all play times and nice things but that feelings are there to be felt and shown.
Stay strong, give her a big hug and take each day as it comes, there's no rules and you have to do what's right for you....

Bit of both...she knows that daddy is going to live in another house but Im not sure she realises he won't live here permanently again. Sometimes it will feel like it, sometimes it won't. But you will get through it, and the next day is always a new one.
I know I'm coming at this from "the other side" so to speak, but I don't think it really matters in many ways who dumps who. When you have invested years, and have children, there is a lot to mourn.
