DD's are in school play all this week - am going Thurs p.m. so lots of running backwards and forwards to make sure they're dropped off / picked up!

Fairly short, but busy day - but not too bad at work!

Successfully freebled for pair of walking boots for DD3, so we now all have them ... mountains here we come! I think we're going again this week-end! Can't wait! Am seriously looking at the white water rafting, but might have to save for that ... eeeeeek!!!!

Trainers arrived, but I love them all - can't decide which ones to keep (got 3 pairs to try on - 2 trainers, 1 walking shoes) all very reduced in sale! You know what's gonna happen don't you!!!

Had zumba on way home, so need to jump in the shower shortly, but wanted to catch up on here first!

Very late day - too tired to post too much now, but overall score was about 9.9/10!!!!

    Posted Friday Morning

Hello, good-morning I'm back! Well, yesterday was a long day, but today should be shorter (pleeeease) as I need to reserve energy for my 2nd mountain climb tomorrow with the kids (all those Freebled Walking Boots and Shoes (not to mention the bought ones too!!))

Kids school show was phenomenal! DD2 and 3 both in it, and they were both fabulous! Was so so proud of them. Lots of piccy's taken for their Xmas albums (I make them a memory photo album as part of their Xmas stocking each year!!).

I think they've worked out their life joint party piece with one of the songs as they can perform it perfectly together and the dance is fab too!

DD3's class are going on a school trip to a theme park on Monday, DD hadn't asked to go because of the cost as we went to the same place not that long ago (about 2 weeks ago); anyway, it turns out EVERYONE in the class is going, and she would be the only one left behind. So bit the bullet and told her to go - it's the penultimate day of school anyway and is a bit of a reward for doing so well this term. Other DD was given £100 towards her school trip next year (ski-ing abroad).

Going to shopping centre after work (kids going to Grans for their tea) to get BF's birthday prezzy and change DH's Fathers Day t-shirt (too small) and get the picnic stuff for the mountain climb! Might treat DH to a supermarket dinner if he's a good boy - ha-ha, whatever happened to romantic meals out! The last time we went out for a meal together was Valentines Day 2009!!!! Might have to be inventive somehow to rectify this!

How are the fitflops now you must have worn them in a bit? I am dying for a pair of Skechers walking trainers after seeing my sister's but they cost about £90.

Fitflops are well worn in and very comfy! Haven't noticed any difference in my bottom squidgyness yet (but then there's a lot of erm, squidgy for the muscle to get through), although my legs feel a bit more toned!!

Very easy to walk in thoughx
