Just home - did parents evening on the way from work, and then got soaked walking home from the school......so glad to be indoors now!
I have managed a NSD - my first for a while I think, and I have stayed well within my points allowance WW-wise......cereal for breakfast, salad for lunch, yoghurt for snack, and chicken and veg stir fry for dinner.....so still nicely in control as far as that goes
Surfbabe, if you are about, I expect you are exhausted now, so take time to yourself if you can, even if only for a few mins at a time, to recharge your batteries xSuccessful women can still have their feet on the ground. Evening Hypno, hope you're dry now.
I too have been angelic today! :A Porridge made with water for breakfast, WW soup, rice cakes and houmous for lunch and Golden Vegetable stew for dinner!
PLUS The Davina Power of 3 DVD :j
Let's hope I can keep it going for another day - I might need a few kicks along the way0 -

I have to admit that I don't do EVERYTHING the "diet" way......and porridge is one of those things that I will always use milk for, and enjoy it, rather than feel as though I am eating gruel
Chicken stir fry was yummy, and I still have 7.5 points leftSuccessful women can still have their feet on the ground. They just wear better shoes. (Maud Van de Venne)Life begins at the end of your comfort zone (Neale Donald Walsch)0 -
:rotfl: Gruel wasn't in it! Well, it was only because we'd run out of milk, I usually add a splash!
I'm not that sad - Did I forget to mention the Oat and Raisin cookies?
Still within my calories target though - I need to be real, I can't live without a daily dose of sugar0 -
I had a couple of choc chip cookies at parents evening too.......and I STILL have 7.5 pointsSuccessful women can still have their feet on the ground. They just wear better shoes. (Maud Van de Venne)Life begins at the end of your comfort zone (Neale Donald Walsch)0

Hypno & friends, Michael Heppell's Flip It has one gem about diet/exercise: "Isn't it amazing that even when we haven't got the time to exercise, we still find the time to eat"? Strangely, I find it sooo hard to "diet" but really easy to give up goodies for Lent: crisps/sweets/chocs, no problem. SatchmoWhat would you get if all you got was what you were thankful for?0

Its all mindgames isn't it, satchmo!

I've just inputted the day's food and exercise into nutracheck and it says I still have 486 left :j (2 mars Bars?
). This is because I did the DVD which equals 494 cals burnt!
God, I'm a diet bore already- but being obsessed is the only way for me. Think I'll have an early night to stop me eating those leftover cals out of boredom.....
