Hypno the shop and scan I have started to do is the TNS one, you need to register and then when there is space in your area they will send you an invitation number. I think mine only took about a week to come through.

points can be exchanged for vouchers and they add up quite quickly for example the first one you do you get 10,000 points plus 500 (£10.50) if you scan your receipt too.

Worth a try and quite quick to do for the rewards you get back

thanks sally - I will look into that!

Been to WW - starting weight 11 stone 6.5lb which is exactly where I expected to be, so I know my scales are pretty accurate. Now tucking into my leftover spag bol....yum :D When I lose my first half stone I will be 10 st something, so will treat myself to a new handbag or pair of shoes. I can do this :)

I've put on over a stone since the marathon sally, and I can't continue putting on weight at that rate, otherwise I will have serious health issues as much as anything. So, my first challenge has been to resist the fab homemade cakes that someone has brought into the office as it was his birthday (the problem with this place is that it is ALWAYS someone's birthday!).....so far so good. One day at a time. Today, I am choosing not to eat crap :D

Good luck with SW tonight x

Ive had to change my whole mentality to food...Im still working on it but instead of craving things and wanting things im trying to see food JUST as a fuel for my body, if I put crap in I will feel carp and likewise if I eat good food I will feel better. Its a working progress but I certainly haven't been tempted by as much as I would have normally!

Im actually thinner than I was at marathon, I put on weight training for it grrrr.

I didn't put any on, but on the other hand I certainly didn't lose more than the odd lb. Granted, my clothes were looser, as I changed shape a bit, but I had hoped that a swift half stone would have been shed as I upped my milage!

I know I am always destined to be "pear shaped" but a 10 stone pear rather than a 12 stone pear will be much more comfortable for me!
