really glad to hear you'll be going back to something you enjoy & also keeping fit! - it may actually help with the sleeping pattern! - am sure the headspace/me time will work wonders as well
have just returned to the combined walk/train home after the long dark days of winter & it seems to be working better to induce a solid nights sleep than any of the other options!
