Sorry to hear you are still not sleeping. Would it be worth a trip to the docs?

If it carries on for more than another couple of weeks, lucielle, then I will go to the docs, but I do find that sleeping tablets make me feel worse in the mornings - and as I have got to have a clear head for work, I don't like to take them unless absolutely necessary. However, I could do with just a few nights of consecutive sleep.....

I have a week off work at the beginning of April, which is 6 weeks away, so I am hoping that I can plod on through until then.

Right, need to get showered before the kids get back from their paper rounds, otherwise we will be late for skiing and we will then be on the back foot all day.......

2023: the year I get to buy a car
  • Morning

have spent a while catching up as have been busy with 'stuff', and was reading about the skeleton. My DS is a bit of a night owl, and I don't sleep too good, especially when neighbours fighting in street, so he saw my light on and came and told me 'we may win a gold at "throwing yourself head first down a mountain on a tea tray"' which just about summed it up! Really scary stuff!
Enjoy having the children back, good that OH picked them up.

    Hi Hypno,
I just wondered if you slept well at your friends' house? If so is there something in that which might give you a clue as to whether there's anything you could do or change to allow sleep to come more easily?

Hypno I've finally tracked down your thread. I'm clearly not as devoted though because I can't be bothered reading from start to finish...ha ha ha. Still, I'll be following with interest now... :D
