verbatim, it was lovely not to set an alarm - I was still awake before 7, but it was my body clock that woke me, not the alarm clock, so it didn't feel so "forced" if that makes sense! I am still wrapped up in my duvet on the sofa....nice and snug - plenty of time for flylady later in the day :o

Makes absolute sense. Always the best way to wake up.

Not having an alarm is brilliant, I love it when we don't have to set an alarm too.

Stuck to the diet so far today. Just done Day 8 of the 28 days yoga, one of the review days, so went over all the exercises so far, I was surprised at how many there were. Need to concentrate on getting them done more precisely though, but gradually getting there :)

Hope you manage to fit in your yoga tonight, Hypno.

That document doesn't sound easy to do, it's one of the sorts of things that I wouldn't be able to forget, and would stop me sleeping until I'd at least done a 'brain dump'. Maybe getting that out the way will help too.

Inapickle - the bargains you got must have been amazing, you lucky thing :) Best wishes with your plan to sort out the clothes and to get back down the dress size.

Am a bit behind in my schedule - friend has only just gone......have not had lunch......and have not started my report.....

I have, however, had acceptance of my life assurance application so have signed the paperwork and put it straight back in the postbox....so I must cancel my existing policy so that I am not charged twice.

Quick lunch and coffee, then off to find that paperwork for me to at least make a start on - I don't want to leave it too late, otherwise I won't be able to watch the Mens' downhill at the olympics which starts at 6.....

    Profiteroles for "lunch" methinks.....

  • Oooh could kill for some Profiteroles at the moment. :T I'm having my afternoon sugar craving and have just been "forced" to eat a cookie with my coffee. Not good for the weigh in tomorrow!:rotfl:

I hope you get your paperwork sorted, it will make you feel lighter. (In mind not body!)

Not yet had profiteroles.....but have done 4 pages of notes to be typed up when I download open office onto this laptop.....so progress made, and the bulk of it is at least on paper, which will make the next stage easier. rang my solicitor and told her I was working on it today, so HAVE to get it finished and sent to her now!!

  • Good for you. I know from experience what a complete and utter pain legal paperwork is. I used to procrastinate terribly but was always relieved when it was done.:T

It was one of those jobs that took a fraction of the time that I had allowed my brain to think it would take.......so it took an hour, yet if anyone had asked me before, I would have said it will take me all day.

I suspect the same can be said of most of the jobs I put off......and put off.......and put off.......:o
