    I could do with some chocolate !!!! Not good news on mum today - she has motor neuron disease - so it is a waiting game now.

    I like the idea of buying something nonessential - that make s it a real treat

    lol, I would have to be going some to get to that stage! I am still a stone over the top end of my healthy bmi, even now, and am over two stone heavier than I was when my dad died (I had the opposite issue then, just ate and ate and ate!). So a long way to go before I can be classed as "wasting away" :o
