I wonder if the online tarrifs are going to change.. i feel like i've now got a worse deal by being an online customer0

For anyone wanting a tariff under £35 a month these seem like a pretty poor deal to me.stay lucky!

Hmm... after looking at the new tariffs, I'm not entirely convinced that they're such good deals, as tomS said, pretty poor value unless you're going to spend big, but still better than PAYG overall I think (comparing with the latest PAYG deals)
Hopefully they'll let me stick with my current tariff (250xnet/100txt, 3m rollover, ITS, 20pm) come upgrade time.0 -
I was on the o2 600 tariff and rang retentions and they offered me 600 min and 100 texts For £35 and as i was an existing customer 20% off line rental = £28 and i got the fre calls all sat sunday and monday.0

My 200min/100 text at £30 contract with O2 will be ending in just over a month. I am debating wether to go for a retention deal (if I am lucky enough to be offered one), or shall I take out another 12 months cashback deal from Mobileshop.
Now having learned about the new O2 tariff, I am most concerned would either option affect my calls to 0844 numbers (I use most my minutes for 0844+ to international calls). According to the Mobileshop t&c, any numbers prefix with 08 are not inclusive.
Can anyone help and advise?0 -

Even if you buy from mobileshop you are still under O2 Terms of conditions.
From this O2 Terms link -> http://www.o2.co.uk/termsconditions/tariffsandboltons0153, I see 0845 and 0870 numbers are free. I checked for "High Street Pay Monthly Plan Terms", but not sure which is right Terms for Mobileshop contracts.0 -

Thank you for the quick reply and link. There seems to be so many different tariff and t&c.
Is Suityou69 still out there? I Hope you can answer my question here. If I renew my contract with O2 directly, does it come under "O2 Online Pay Monthly terms & conditions"? It looks like this is the only one saying clearly that 0844 numbers are inclusive.0 -
Does anyone know which dealers give O2-500 still on 12month contract. I find e2save (http://www.e2save.com/mobile/phones/tarhsetprices.php?tariff=O24012) and phones4u give that, but not dialaphone or Mobileshop. But I don't want CPW-O2 and phones4u has no offers.0
