I have managed to lose my recipie from the recipie thread that I have used for ages - mr nuttyrocker moved things in the kitchen last week and now half of my recipies have disappeared :eek:
I know roughly whats in it but not of the measurements.....
So there is
Flour
3 eggs
Caster sugar
Butter/marg
Choc chips
etc.......
Soes anyone have this - I am reknown for my brownies at work and promised I would do these for the CIN bake sale tomorrow but can't without the recipie
With some of the old posts gone missing, I can't find it in search - please please help anyone.
P.S. sorry but not a fan of weetabix ones so would need the normal oneIt's nice to be nutty but's more important to be nice0 -

The mix is:
4.5 cups flour
3 tsp baking powder
3tsp salt
6 cups sugar
6oz cocoa
I use it to make the cookies (500g mix, 2 eggs, 125ml oil) but I never copied out the brownie version - the mix was the same though - can you remember it from there?

Melt butter and add sugar and vanilla,
Add eggs a liitle at a time,
Add flour, b.powder and cocoa,
Stir and mix well,
Add choc chips and pour into tin,
Bake for 40 mins 180oC, not sureabout gasIf you’re British in the living room, what are you in the bathroom? European!0 -
