  • Right - another update :) Fourth person, spoken to on hotuk has now also been told he will get. Stock might not be available so you may have to wait few more days, but I think everyones going to get sorted out sooner or later! I rang the number from the website ending 2020, but make sure you speak to Customer Relations, person who initially picks up knows no better!

    Yes, ask for customer relations, cos there is no note on the system to tell them otherwise. Let us know how you get on!

    when i rung today i went through the oeoptions, i went to think it was 2 then 2 then 3 which was to do with already having placed an order etc etc etc what options this time or same ones

    round 2 ding ding whats the betting im fobbed off like this morning

    Same options again, but I think if the person initially gives you the same story, tell them you have heard there is a reversal in decision and want to be put through to CRelations. Then lets hope you get someone nice and in the know, if they agree, ask for delivery back too if you can.

    I rang 2020 and was fobbed off, I asked for customer relations and was put through to a diff lady who said she was resolution team and she told me to write in with proof of dispatch. I asked her well you have proof why am I being asked to provide it and she said that all they had on their system was that I had ben refunded.

    yep rang and went 2 2 3 aswell just now. spoke to sum numpty called nadia that told me they dont even have a customer relations deapartment to put me thru to =o anyway eventually put me thru to management which told me they are currently looking into all orders placed mines included and will make a decision before phoning us all individually today. She also told me noone has been honoured yet as they are still making the decision on what to do. She promised me a call back today so fingers crossed.

    Why do they always say that noone has been honoured :) Mine is showing on order tracking and on its way (unless called back LOL). I think they are all slowly beginning to wake up, it will soon register with all!
