FloFlo, ring HDNL and give them your postcode, they can trace it on that. They will give you the tracking number and you can put it into the their website & print it off 0871 977 0800.
My AD number is still showing on the Argos website as dispatched, so you should still be able to get a print up of it.

Just spoke to a very nice lady at hdnl
she got confused at first and said mine was on van, i just said nope im after one for last week
anyway i ahve my tracking mumber for the dsi from argos
she also told me there was a note on the page saying
further to request i can confrim i have located the parcel and returned , this note was for argos by the way
for anyone needeing tracking numbers i would 100% ring hdnl they are being very very helpfullDebt free :beer:

No I emailed it across, but i think as long as you can prove it had actually been dispatched (either suppling proof by post/faxing/emailing, you'll be fine.
Basically theyve agreed that legally, the contract is made when the item is dispatched. That proves the 'offer' of sale by us was accepted by them. Hence the importance of proving dispatch

put the tracking number into the tracking part of the argos website. It may give a clue??
Actually, thinking about it, if you have a dispatch number from HDNL, it means it had hit them, so had been dispatched from argos, and so contract had been made....etc etc etc

only says it was in lincoln (nowhere near me, my local hdnl is maidstone)
but does say del to customer which both myself and argos know is not trueDebt free :beer:
