Phone on the contact number from web site and was told "no way" by 1st lady to answer but asked to speak to resolutions person who then called back a little later. I made it very clear I was willing to go to small claims etc and quoted contract law.

going to try the main number again im getting sick of making calls to them doing all the chaseing from the start of this when they were ringing around cancelling i had nothing from them

ok there now telling me there is none in stock and i have to wait to hear from someone as to when they will process

any ideas how long i leave it before contacting them again ?

they still continue to poorly handle this ive double checked the number they hold for me and they have the correct number to contact me on

all i have now been told is write a letter to there head office dept

ive ordered and now got hdnl tracking and yet there still not takeing me seriously

This is apparently true, others have also been told that its not in stock at the moment but they will be fulfilling the order as soon as they are.

well im just glad ive been able to give some of you good news today regarding this matter.......and to the others that have not got sorted yet .dont give up......... we will get there but glad i could break the good news

my latest email still telling me being dispatched to hdnl doesnt actuly count as dispatched and they can recall it
