Oh dear, i hope this is a result. I will believe it when I get a delivery I think! Just to confirm I did not have a copy of dispach and as cheshire carper says, thats not the point.

So many different stories from Argos, would not be trusting them again. I hope it costs the £££££££ this has also cost other companys £££ who price matched in good faith. Which in this climate Im sure paying the price for a competitors mistake is a costly one. Credit to those companys and shame on Argos for still treating customers so badly.

i used my phone camera to just take a picture of my screen on argos page stateing dispatched

once i forwarded that they backed down within mins

and to think an hour ago i was so stressed over this

hiya,
I too ordered one of these over the phone and they took payment and gave me an order number. I had a refund yesterday. What are my chances of getting the dsi now? i was going to email them and quote bits about law but which bits i dont know?

My dsi was cancelled before dispatch so i have no record of it except the order number they gave me and my bank statement saying they took the money.

Any help please x

Press and hold ur shift key and press the key labeled "PrtSc" while ur on the page displaying the depatch. Then just open up Microsoft word if u have office or wordpad and paste it into a new document. Then save it and its ready to go.

worth a go takeing it up with them x ive had to send a screen shot stateing disapatched before they would back down x but a few havent had to do that

ive had a refund today so they are going to ring me within 24 hours to re take payment
