Just phone them, that's all I did this afternoon. They took my order number and asked what delivery date I'd been given then called me back and confirmed I was getting it honoured.

Customer Services comes up as Private number / Withheld and Directors office is an 0845 number.

Hubby has just collected our DSi from a local store, I got my call back and decided to opt for collection so that they couldnt wriggle out of it again, lol.

They're refusing to honour my order for delivery on the 4th, claiming that they will only honour orders which were dispatched. They deny that they have agreed to deliver any orders which weren't dispatched.:mad:

No, asked to be put through to resolutions. She claimed to be part of the management team with no one higher then her we could speak to, refused to consider it and point blank denies they are honouring any undispatched orders.

If I didn't live in Scotland I'd have got an earlier delivery date no doubt - my MSP might be interested;)

I'm in the Highlands, my delivery date was the 5th. Phone the 0845 number in my earlier post.
