    On the phone right now - thanks for the info Shymanuk, make sure you speak to customer relations, they are sorting it right now for me :) And, they removing my delivery charge, you should think so too!

    will be honest what key information do i need to put in my letter for them to take notice of it

    I have been told they dont anything about honouring the orders and I'm waiting for a phonecall back from the resolution team:confused:

    hi it is true if your order showed as despatched then you will get it ask to speak to malisa in the mds team if you get nowhere or cant get her ive a number for her but wont put number in main area

    Thats odd - wonder why the differing answers? Just heard from someone else too that they not willing to fulfill order. It could be that not all the team has been briefed about it yet....perhaps give it a little longer, Im sure they will do the same for everyone whos item showed as despatched!
