hi heard from argos .......... dont wanna say to much but said wont be getting it ...... old crap of never had the item in my hands .so they have done no wrong!!!!!!!!1 so told them small claims here i come ..... this was in response to my letter. they got ...... and they are following it up in letter form....... was from MD team see you in court argos !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

spoke to consumer/directand they have said that once you are refunded . you have no case thats all argos have to do ........to get out of this .. im sure that cant be correct .can it? as waiter over 10 days for refunds

Does not sound right to me, did you say that payment was taken and goods despatched and recalled ?

yep told them that and that some people even got them delivered via same method and same day as mine was due, but she just said once they refund thats it ......... not sure what to think now do i press ahead with sccourt or just give up

I would have to say this is very wrong, if this was true then whats to stop all companies doing this. Taking your money earning interest on it for 7 to 10 days and then refunding you. I would say this is all wrong, and should be further implications just on that fact alone.

yep will give them a call ....... but some on here seem to get advice saying argos should give us the item others getting told they dont .........

Did they write back to you in response to your letter or did you ring and speak to the MD team?

they rang me in response to my letter that they recieved today by s/delivery. but said they would confirm what they told me in letter...... told her see you in court.... the lady that contacted me was from sara wellers md team
