    Had they started processing your refund shy? Did you have to provide payment details again?

    Hi and yes, I did phone them. Initially was given same story until I spoke to Customer Relations/Resolutions where they confirmed it was true for despatched orders :) Hope you get a result too.
  • Oh and regards the refund, it should not matter really. I was being told it was refunded, but its them who broke the contract and we are pursuing it. They can ask for payment again but didnt ask me.

    yes they refunded yest but took a new payment today ..........dont give up will help as much as poss but dont wanna loose mine but ill do me best to help debtness get on the phone to them ill pm you lter when im back in

  • This seems such a mess up by Argos, and they are still not being fair to all those who paid fro this item. I have no idea wether ours was dispached as I didnt check on on the comp. Was asked about delivery and requested date etc over the phone. Payment was taken at 10am ish. I have writen to them but who knows????

    I think everyone will be sorted out sooner or later. They have different teams and the information just probably hasnt reached all of them yet.

    i wont ring them just yet.. i would like to see if anyone else manages to get this turned around as i kibnda let loose this morning... and ive not cooled down from it yet sp if i ring them again today i will fly for a second time
