    Has anyone on this site EVER got anywhere doing this? I hear lots and lots of people saying they've done this, but I never see a positive outcome.
    Once again this is one of those times that some people got lucky - and good luck to them - and some didn't, in which case accept it and move on. You have no legal standing here (unless the money was taken out of your account and a dispatch email was sent to you) so don't lose any sleep over it.
    You don't get medals for sitting in the trenches.

    I agree...it was an obvious misprice...I don't get why people are getting mad about it, you win some you lose some.

    It wasn't an obvious misprice it was a sale item. Some paid for it and it hasn't been delivered. Hence the reason for people getting mad about it. Thanks for commenting though!

    But that is the point. Many people have had money taken out of their account and a dispatch email sent. Like ME!

    It was an obvious misprice really. The A DSi clearly wouldn't be on sale at £79.99 unless it was a mistake. Fair play to anyone that got one at that price though.

    Really? Hundreds of people went into Argos yesterday and got them, so it obviously didn't ring too many mistake bells with their staff including Managers.

    Yes, I totally agree, fair play to people who got them, but for people who ordered them online and were reassured that was this was the sale price from the Customer Service team, had money taken from their credit card, got a dispatch email and were due to be delivered today only for them to be recalled from the courier depot - it is a bit gutting!!!

    Yes....and mistakenly so. Hence it was a misprice. A clear misprice considering it's £125+ elsewhere.

    but the £125+ aint' on sale prices

    half price is a healthy sale price

    look at the £65 DS at morrisons last year while elsewhere they were (and are again now) circa £100, that was a sale

    I wouldn't get excited but its worth complaining - its not an obvious misprice, Argos often has approx 70% off other goods

    i'm only sorry i missed this early on
