Argos nintendo dsi in black £79.99!

I'm absolutely fizzing again...after reading a post on Hot Deals about a bloke in Ireland whose order was cancelled yet a csa on the phone sorted it so he could pick one up at the store at £79.99.....this afternoon!

I'm glad for him, don't get me wrong but I'm incensed at the Argos 'if your face fits' policy they seem to have.

I have printed all my documentation off, again this was advertised as a sale item - some people were allowed to purchase if they had local stock near them and some have been delivered from their telephone orders. Not very consistent is it? Why some and not others?

I too am getting more annoyed the more I read into this! At first I thought "oh well, some win some loose" but now... well I'm seething! Hubby answered our phone call, I think I wouldnt have been so calm and understanding....

and I'm still half happy as ebay is flooded with black ones and this is still a better price than I would normally get one for.

As Me Vs Argos is a lose - I thought I may as well swallow my pride and buy one as cheap as I can now .

I am going to put this all behind me now and stop getting wound up by all the unfairnesses - there are far worst things in life than not getting £70 off a games console.

theres signs in my store saying that its a pricing error and that any orders will not be honured

I think these big organisations bank on people not making a big deal of it and just letting it go.

If any of you lovely MSE's who bought more than one at Argos would like to sell me one of yours I'd be pleased to take it off your hands xx
