    There is a Travelodge about a mile from my house (Shawbirch-Telford) I put the link up on last nights thread-rooms were going for £39 I think?

    We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
    Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.

    Pap - most definitely. I am just south of the river, fairly near the motorway. I've been to the other shopping centre today - glad I went early as when we came home, the queue to get off the motorway was horrendous.

    Oh wow, I work near the other shopping centre. Its been horrid police on the roads up there for two days now :o Its a shame because it happens every year yet they are relucutant to change anything. I was up there at about 9am and it was very very quiet, so you had a fab idea :j I am fairly close to the edge near Junction 18, I bet we arnt fair apart really. Wow its funny finding someone from the same town :rotfl:

    Had a nice sleep - LOTS of weird dreams, my friends baby was shrinking and doing all sorts of amazing tricks............ and then well there were lots of colours......

    being reading and catching up, Katsu you sound so lovely please stick around. I want to live were you live. Been here 6 years, can't stand it tbh. Can't offer any useful advice tho sorry

    To get plasters off without pain: Daub olive oil (or any oil, but olive seems nicer than chip fat :rotfl:) onto it till it's fairly sodden. Leave to soak for a while (I dunno how long, I usually forget and remember about it a couple of hours later). Plaster peels off much easier. :)

    Olive oil also works to get those black bits plasters leave behind off your skin.
