 Hiya Linda, good thanks if a little tired!

Off to the gym later though, so hoping that will jump start my sleep patterns.

    How are you?

I'm great thanks, (bit sick of the Spongebob Squarepants marathon)

It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.

Oh, and I forgot to say earlier Linda, I got a big sealed tin from one of the poundshops and have transferred what was in CatBank to it too

home from work. Somehow between getting out of the car and putting some stuff in the recycling bin I've cut my ankle (and the car.door/house door area I was in is about 4 feet all in). I have no idea how I've done it but it wouldn't stop bleeding! Been a right old dilly dolly daydream today, very unlike me.

Does anyone know how to cure an addiction to stupid fb games?!

BB, that sounds painful, hope it stops bleeding soon, could you hold it under a running cold tap?

Linda, I watched the second half of Malibu Shark Attacks last night, you were right it was hysterical! Although I was quite disappointed, they could at least have made them mutant sharks with the ability to use weapons!
Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.

it is a bit and it's 4 long cuts with one of them on the 'crease' of the ankle. Weird. I've stopped it now and sprayed it with savlon antiseptic spray so I have an attractively orange coloured ankle :D

Ever wanted to desparately do something and be somewhere and knowing you can't makes it even more frustrating and you can't stop thinking about it? I'm having one of those random moments right now
