Love it. So you dont charge them, then they complain when YOU pay actual the postage.
I know! I don't even know what they are objecting to! They got £3.14's worth of postage for nothing - ostensibly - and for some reason that offends them!:DNot everything that can be counted counts, and not everything that counts can be counted. Einstein0 -
thats the more the issue with the DSR's is the stupidity of the users rather than the system, its down to stupidity and pure ignorance along with the fact that a lot of people want something for nothing. Ebay has switched sides over the last 12-18months where they now only seem to protect the buyer and the seller has no rightsEveryones opinion is the most important.....no wonder nothing is ever agreed on.0

That's the problem though, there are sellers that believe all that is actually allowable. That's why we need the ability to leave appropriate stars.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. to be fair atleast the seller is being open and explaining to why his postage is too high and he should be able to include for the materials used and the cost of getting it to the post office, the cost being a reasonable cost and average cost or you could just use parcel to go £6.28 (there abouts) add an extra few P for packaging and jsut have a standard £6.99 postage why should a seller be out of pocket transporting good to the post office anyway just for Royal Mail do to there usual disappearing trick with your parcel atleast then you will only get marked down for P&P cost but should get 5 stars for dispatch time!! using royal mail you lose on dispatch time and P&P costEveryones opinion is the most important.....no wonder nothing is ever agreed on.0 -
Pitkin2020 - I was referring to the extra added which covered the 'penalty charge'............0

I only ever use RM and seem to have no problems maintaining a decent set of stars. I also charge actual cost (in non media categories) or maybe add on 10 -15p for an envelope.
