    :wall:Standard parcel- oh dear

    SO how long should I wait now? I mean before I start other proceedings???

    I am most definately kicking myself for impulse buying...I have never had a bad experience with ebay in the last few years of using it and I am still hoping [slowly losing it though] they are honest and that it is just a case of slow sending and it will arrive.....It's the only thing I can do at the moment !!:rolleyes2

    If they sent it standard parcels its not tracked and I would doubt it would arrive for a few more days.
    so fingers crossed it will just be still in the system...i just hope i've not been had!

    If you are going to get their details do it soon as they may de-register and then all is lost (they get your details at the same time mind you). At least if you have a name and address you can always chase them with a small claims summons further down the line if it comes to that.

    it has everything in there plus a 2 yr guarantee which is up next december!!

    I haven't actually set it up yet but will do soon.

    Does anyone know if we do get a problem with it and it's still in guarantee will we still get it sorted?

    thanks everyone for your help. {will click thanks later on}

    depends if guarantee has been used or not, you have to watch out for other problems with the xbox system, like getting red lights instead of green, If i am correct they only used to change your xbox if your hardware on it failed, (three red lights) other then that you had to sort it ur self,

    on the xbox site it explains it a bit better then i have
    COMPETITIONS - 2010 Cushelle Koala, Shirt from Simply Colours, £10.00 Iceland Voucher, Grand Designs Live Tickets x4, Babee Pre-Paid Card, Wii Game, 7night's Holiday, Book x2, Bic Razor

    Excellent news- at least some people are not totally dishonest. :beer:

    You have to watch out for the seals on the things (little stickers)- microsoft can tell if it's been opened and that would invalidate the guarantee.
    I have no idea where they are though, as I leave that stuff to my bloke. :o
    This is my opinion. There are many others like it but this is mine

    I am a professional ebay seller. I work hard at my job, I love my job, if you think it's silly that's your problem not mine. :p

    I'd personally go back to the seller and tell them that they are running severe risks with their postage choices.
